The Rules

General

• Obey the ToS
• Cursing is allowed in character, but please limit it. Out of character, please refrain.
• Feel free to PM staff at any time, no matter how silly you think the question is! If you have an addition to a PM you've already sent, go to your Outbox and respond to the conversation, that staff can see all that refers to one problem in a single PM.

Registering

• One character per account, please!
• Your character's name must be your display name.
• You may have one OOC account, but please make sure that you put them into the OOC member group!

Characters

• Applications must be accepted before you may begin roleplaying!
• Please don't create perfect characters. Give them some flaws!
• Unless you have bought the privilege of creating a special character from the store, you may only create dogs and wolves.
• Wolf X Dog hybrids (Or any other hybrids) also need to be bought in the shop.
• The amount of characters you can have is only limited by the amount you can keep active. If staff see a problem, they will let you know.
• Your characters may have a collar or another accessory, but please, don't go overboard with these either.
• While Alone is a fantasy site, make sure that your character's measurements are mostly accurate. An inch here or there is okay, but no three-foot tall chihuahuas, okay?
• It's an unnatural Bubble. Your dogs may have markings of any various colour, or even be completely unnatural. Please, don't abuse this privilege, though. Oddly coloured eyes are fine as well.
• For the time being, you may only have two high-ranking characters per person, and only one of them may be a leader.

Roleplaying

• We have a word count of 200 here at alone.
• Please post in past third person.
• Your posts should be in size 2 font! It's easier to read, and really, it doesn't mess up any codes.
• No powerplaying or god-modding.

Packs

• The packs already have names and mindsets. When joining a character to the packs, especially a leader, please consider these.
• Apart from the prearranged pack mentalities, the pack leaders have complete control over the rules, ranks, and beliefs of the packs.
• If your character breaks a pack rule, it will be the duty of the leaders to punish them according to pack law.

Breeding

• Please keep to the ToS and fade to black when your characters breed... We all know what happens.
• Force breeding can only occur with the forced character's owner's permission.
• Conception, litter size, and statistics of the litter are all decided by the staff (Through a randomizer).
• You may purchase the options to work out your own litter stats in the Shop.
• Wolf X Dog or any other hybrids may only be created if bought in the Shop.

Fighting

• No killing a character without their owner's permission!
• When fighting, remember, your character is not invincible.
• If it seems that a fight won't end, the staff will step in and choose a winner based on posting and general health of the animal.

Powers

• Laboratory dogs may have a special power. Their RPers may choose said power, but if we see that one power is being chosen too often, we will place a ban on it.
• These dogs may only have one power.
• If you are creating a lab dog, add in a section that says '[b]Power:[/b] their power under pack in the creation form.

Images

• Your signature images must be 300px or smaller in height! Width will get automatically rescaled if you stretch the board, but don't go too overboard there either, please.
• Images must come from stock photos, or photos that you have permission to use.
• Make sure to credit your images either on the image or right under it wherever the image will be displayed!
